Broad Overview of Administrative Caselaw from nearly every State Agency. Bi-weekly, Looseleaf or Hardbound
Reporting. Optional Supercumulative Indexing. Published Since Jan. 1979.
FALR INDEXING
The following comprehensive and detailed indexing is included in each
edition:
Summary of Judicial Decisions or Administrative Orders (SJD, SAO)
Index of Administrative Orders, By Agency (IAA)
Index By Subject Matter (IJD, IAS)
Index By Name of Parties
Tables of Administrative Orders & Tables of Hearing Officers (TAO,
THO)
Table of Judicial Decisions & Judicial Decisions reviewing previously
published Administrative Orders (TJD, TJA)
Citator Indexes (TSC, TAC, TJC)
Complimentary Cumulative Indexes cover six (6) editions or three (3) months
of cases
SUMMARY OF JUDICIAL DECISIONS AND ADMINISTRATIVE ORDERS (SID, SAO)
The Summaries highlight the critical facts, procedural history, and dominant
legal principles explored, in the form of a capsule summary or headnote of
the Decision or Order. Citation is to the exact page of a published case.
INDEX OF ADMINISTRATIVE ORDERS BY AGENCY (IAA)
The Index of Administrative Orders by Agency is a four (4) level outline
of Administrative Orders published by alphabetically-listed Agency and by
the type of case. This index keys to the critical facts of a case and facilitates
speedy reference to analogous types of cases.
It is very useful in locating 120.54(4)
and 120.56 Rule Challenges, and 57.111 Attorney's Fees Cases, under the
unique Final Order jurisdiction of the Division of Administrative Hearings
(D.O.A.H.), where they are listed. All other Orders are listed under the
lead or referring agency, regardless of whether D.O.A.H. conducts the hearing.
The IAA likewise is very useful in locating the voluminous and diverse types
of Orders issued by the Department of Health & Rehabilitative Services
(HRS). For those wishing to fathom the ambit of the various agencies' jurisdiction,
this is the place. Citation is to the first page of a published case.
INDEX BY SUBJECT MATTER (IJD, IAS)
The Subject Matter Indexes penetrate the text of published Judicial Decisions
and Administrative Orders to reach all legal interpretations of the pertinent
Statutes, Rules and Appellate Court Decisions, as well as explication of
agency NONRULE POLICIES.
The IJD & IAS are the HEART
of FALR Indexing. The Subject Matter Index to Judicial Decisions (IJD) is
identical to the Subject Matter Index to Administrative Orders (IAS) except
it is limited to ONLY published Judicial Decisions. Citation is to the exact
page of a published case.
INDEX BY NAME OF PARTIES
The Table of Administrative Orders (TAO), Table of Hearing Officers (THO),
and Table of Judicial Decisions (TJD) alphabetically list the names of all
parties to the published cases.
CITATOR INDEXES (TSC, TAC)
The two (2) CITATOR INDEXES reference interpretations of Florida Statutes
and Agencies Rules respectively.
COMPLIMENTARY QUARTERLY CUMULATIVE INDEXES covering six (6) FALR
editions or three (3) months of cases.
